EVENT INSTRUCTIONS

Each appro-pass has one designated performance location that participants must visit for the performance to be accepted. The mandatory performance location varies between passes. This is done to avoid congestion between restaurants.

Participants can receive a maximum of one stamp from the same performance location, but tasting multiple menu items is, of course, possible.

The completion time for the appro round is four (4) hours, starting from the designated departure time marked on the participant’s appro-pass. The appro-pass must be returned to the finish area within this time limit.

First-time participants must collect at least six approved stamps on their appro-pass to redeem a unique sew-on-patch. Second-time participants need to collect at least nine approved stamps, and last year’s patch must be sewn onto their overalls in order to redeem a new patch. An additional patch can be obtained with three extra stamps.

Laws and general rules must be followed during the event. The event is entirely harassment-free. We reserve the right to change event instructions.

What If I am Vegan/fish-allergic?

SushiAppro has been designed to be suitable for vegans, and we have aimed to accommodate common dietary preferences as well as fish allergies. In addition to traditional sushi, there are also other Asian delicacies available, such as mochi, gyoza, and bubble tea! For a detailed menu, please refer to the Restaurants section.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?

You need to have an e-ticket purchased from Kide.app which you can use to obtain the official appro-pass at the starting area.  In addition, we recommend bringing your own water bottle for the appro round. The dress code is your own student organization overalls.
